Rotten meat from Pick n Pay

I placed an order on Sunday using Pick ‘n Pay ASAP. Order number *** , I received rotten meat, oxtail to be specific. Tried calling back the driver to collect which he didn’t. I went to the nearest store they informed me it’s not their parcel, still sitting with a stinking rotten meat. And I haven’t been refunded, not happy at all with such a bad service
