Rotten meat

Bought Wagyu Beef Burgers on the 25th October 2022 at Pick n Pay Kuruman.Yesterday when I want to use it I found out it's rotten.I contact Pnp Customer service but till now no help from they side. It's not the 1st time that Pnp Kuruman is letting me down so badly. I'm really disappointed in them.
