ROTTEN MEAT AT PICK N PAY WALKER DRIVE

I bought meat from Pick n Pay Walker Drive, Port Elizabeth. The packaging had a "special offer" sticker on it. When I got home, I immediately put the meat in the freezer. When I defrosted the meat, the meat smelled bad. I took it back to the store. I showed the sticker that was on the packaging with the price and shop's name on it. I unfortunately threw the slip away. The manager asked for my slip. He refused to replace the meat. I will never buy anything from this store again. The meat cost R43. For R43, the manager rather loses a very loyal client who came to buy groceries at the store every week. Their website contains many complaints about rotten meat that clients have bought. I'm not the first person to complain about this.

I have no further information, as I left the whole package with the sticker at the store. I never keep grocery slips. I appreciate you getting back to me to help resolve the issue. I prefer not to support the store anymore.
