Rotten meat at Pick 'n pay

On Saturday the 9th of May 2020 I purchased chuck steak and to my surprise it was rotten. The shop was dirty and one would not understand why because there were less customers in the shop. Most of their fruits and vegetables are not fresh. I'm really not impressed
