Rotten meat and rotten service

Today I was at Pick n Pay Northern Cape mall in Kimberley. By 15h00 the Deli was closed, there was a stinch of rotten meat at the Butchery. I asked the lady what is wrong and she answered me that is the smell of meat, now I grew up on a farm were we had a Butchery and I know meat, that was rotten meat. I then whet to the Bottle store next door, there was 1 till open and a que of 8 people. The teller sit there chatting with security and had no businiss in serving the clients. On a friday this is the 2 places that need to function at 200%. This is utterly discusting. We drove 320km to do our monthly shopping in a decent shop and this is what we get?
