rotten meat

I bought meat at pick 'n pay doornkloof on the 28-02-2020 when I got home I found the meat was off and immediately I call the customer care centre where I was told that my query will be dealt with and I must give them 5-7 days to deal with the matter however I did question why does it take so ling and the answer I got was the matter must be investigated and that I must take a pic of the meat and keep it.
