Rotten meat...

I bought a worse that was off on the 10th of December at Pich N Pay Mall of Africa. The very next day on the 11th of December I layed a formal complaint by calling their call centre I was told it would be escalated an would take 3-5 working days nd I got a reference number. Guess what?? When I called to follow up they told me it's in progress nd dropped the phone on my ear. It's not even about the amount I paid for the meat but the principle nd dealing with clients complaints efficiently. You sold me meat that was off. Rotten meat. What if I got food poisoning from it... disgusting. The service is worse
