Rotten Lamb Pick and Pay Lonehill

Hi I went to the Pick and Pay lonehill today and bought lamb that was selling at R99.99pkg. The meat had sell by date which was shown 9 June 2022 which i didn even notice and bought the meat as it was in the fridge for sale. I brought the meat home and when i opened it it was stinking.

i went to return the meat and the butcher manager was called her name was Martha and i told her i want a new parcel meat at the same price and she refused like she was paying for the meat. anyway i am a daily customer here and i am so disappointed that a shop like Pick and pay will have rotten meat for sale. Sad what supermarkets do to sell each and everything item not taking a consumers health into consideration.
