Rotten hake fillet at Deli Pick n Pay

I bought a piece of hake at Pick n Pay Protea North for R61 , when I arrlived at home, the fish was rotten, smelly and sticky. I couldn't consume it. When I called the store I was told the supervisor at Deli wasn't on duty and the store manager can't speak with me on the phone. I was required to drive from Helikonpark to Protea North which is about 30kms. I am dissatisfied with tye product and the way my complaint was handled.
