Rotten green beans
Bought a bag of PnP No Name Brand frozen green beans, and when I opened it they were grey, all frozen in one solid lump, and clearly off when they were cooked. They had obviously defrosted completely at some point and then been re-frozen. Not a big deal but when I brought this to their attention via their website I received no response. Have photographic evidence, with an expiry date sometime in 2020! What a joke! Will never trust their brand again. Disgusting service and clearly no control over their food. Health department should take note.
