ROTTEN FOODS ON SHELVE

I was sold 10kgs worth of rotten maize meal by PicknPay Silverwater which I was refunded for without a hassle. However not happy with the way the situation was dealt with by by 2 senior white managers. None of them did they at any point apologise or express their empathy in the situation … infact all I got was a repeated “OKAY” - not sure what was okay with the situation. Additionally … it’s clear when going live with such on social media the reaction is completely different from when a client presents the issue in person. So let me post the pics on twitter and see the re-action.
