Rotten food on Valentines day (PnP Eqeustria)

<p>I bought a Tirimesu pudding on 14/02/2017 for valentines day... when my wife oppened it there was molt growing on it and the smell was very offputting, so we looked at the use by date... sell by 15/02 use by 15/02 never the less, took it back on 15/02/2017 met the security at the door, asked to return it, as it was rotten...</p> <p> </p> <p>He took it to the store manageress and showed her... all i was getting was a very dirty look and not even an apology, this is very bad service and i will make sure i never buy from PnP Eqeustria in Pta east ever again... as this was not the first time i had to return food items, previously it was cream that had expired two days before i bought it and i only noticed when i opened it... so please be sure to let the finance department know that you will be short in profit to the amount of R2500 - R3000 a month (not alot i know) as well as every day bread, milk and cold meat +-R450 a week. thanks a lot. Checkers here I come.</p>
