Rotten food, horrible service Madiba Street PicknPay

Still waiting for management to contact me regarding Pick n Pay Pretoria Madiba Street, they sell rotten food to customers, the confectionery that falls on the floor in the bakery is not thrown away, it is put back on the shelves, ladies at bakery not accommodating, I bought more than 30 doughnuts and they refused to put them in a cake box, use your discretion for Pete's sake, horrible overall service and rotten food.
