Rotten food

Bought food at picknpay sunday 30 may and when i open one of the things that i bought which was the all gold jam it was rotten.im suprised that this is the kind of food they sell to their customers.now i have to travel back to festival mall costing R32 to go there to return a R33 rands rotten item...its so inconviniencing and time wasting
