Rotten Food

To whom it may concern,

I am extremely concerned as to how the Pick n Pay Shop at BluValley mall is run and who checks the quality of your food!

On the 20th of March 2021 I bought these Brandy ***** which looked delicious on the outside but when I got home, I tried one and almost vomited with disgust. They were completely rotten and I couldn't believe that you would put this on your shelf.

You would think that with the Covid pandemic that most shops would take extra precautions regarding not only the hygiene of their food products but also the freshness.

This is not the first time that this has happened at the same Pick n Pay but the 5TH TIME!!! YES, you read that right, 5 times have I had to take food back because of quality. Mostly rotten meat and now your baked goods.

I will no longer shop at Pick n Pay as not only are your produce more expensive with no justification (like your bananas) but the quality of your food is disgusting. I am completely put off from this experience.
