Rotten Food + Bad Attitude

I am not a person that generally complains but I have had several experiences with Pick and Pay Sanridge and Pick and Pay Midway Mews in Midrand where they camouglafe rotten food and sell it to consumers who are already cash strapped - sometimes using their last pennies to buy those food items. The Midway Mews branch has apologised on the occasion when I have returned the items. Sadly, I can't say the same for the Sanridge branch. A week ago I returned rotten chicken and some melting moments bisdcuits with a bitter smell and taste.The Manager Mahomed at the Sanridge branch HAD SUCH BAD ATTITUDE - although y money was rrefunded I would have appreciated an apology mcuh more, together with an assurance that they would take steps to rectiy the problem. At the end of the day, I am a regular and loyal customner to Pick Pay and all i hope this will be taken to heart
