Rotten Food
Since the opening of Pick 'n Pay in Campus Square it has been a constant battle. If it wasn't long queues and only a few cashiers open, it was the quality of their fresh produce! I have even boycotted this particular shop and as a result of my frustration all stores for three years until recently when I started giving them a chance again only to make the decision today that I will NEVER shop at Pick 'n Pay (nationwide) ever again!!! I will rather drive further to shop at Checkers or pay a bit more at Spar and Woolworths! I wanted to buy some fresh salad, braving the queues once again only to find wilted and brown salad. When I told the manager that it was unacceptable he asked me what was wrong with it, I had to show him twice before he said that it should come off the shelves today. Why have it on the shelves if it is off? Is it a matter of quality control or simply to still sell the product to make their money irrespective of the disrespect and health risks to their customers!!! Goodbye Pick \n Pay you are dead to me, I think it is just about the money for this company."
