rotten food

i bough meat at pick and pay alberton on the 28/09/2018. 1st day we had port chops they where nice and fresh, following day we had Boerewors but its was rotten and tasted bitter , since it was not edible i cooked beef , its was hard had to cook it for hours, i took back the Boerewors and beef but the one i had already spend hours cooking was a waste of my R114.02. I always buy meat from their butchery as its always been nice and fresh even recommended it to a lot of people to buy there as there is always special, but i dont know what happened on the 28/09/2018 i will not be going there again as its health risk.
