Rotten eggs

I purchased 2 trays of eggs at Pick n Pay Westgate Mall on the 25 February. On the 26th of February there was a bad smell in the house only to realize that it was the rotten eggs. I contacted them on the 27th with reference number ref ***, they requested that I should bring the eggs to the store! with my own transport (I'm using public transport). Its 2 weeks later and we have not received any feedback. I`m extremely unhappy with the service I received from them, because I do shopping there on a weekly basis. I now demand them to get back to me! They can put more effort in the service that they render, its not the first time this happened.
