Rotten Eggs

Good morning. I would like to find out if anyone else has experienced a problem with Pick & Pay eggs. We bought 5 boxes during Black friday and found atleast 5 rotten eggs in each. It doesn't sound bad but if you are mixing 10 eggs and number 11 is rotten you waste a dozen. When I tried to log a complaint I was told that I was supposed to keep the rotten eggs untill I could get to a shop to take it back. Seriously?!!! I have been a loyal customer for years but I am reconcidering my store choice....
