Rotten customer service

On 24th December 2024 I got me some sausage/wors from PnP Observatory. That evening when frying it there was a rather strange smell about it. Upon tasting it,it had an extreme sour taste about it. It was definitely off/rotten and ofcause not fit for human consumption. About a week ago I was in the mentioned store so I reported my bad shopping experience to a Victor. This man was very hostile and would not even listen to me. All because I could not show him my till slip. All I wanted from him to take whatever information I could give him and investigate and to give me feedback. THAT WAS ASKING TO MUCH OF HIM!They are not prepare to go that extra mile for their most valuable asset namely the customer. I then report this incident to Customer Care..WHAT A WASTE OF MY VALUABLE TIME. Here I was send from pillar to post and eventually I was told that the store would contact me. Needless to say that I am still waiting.
