Rotten chicken pieces and stale cake

I had shared my bad experience with Pick n Pay Vereeniging. I bought cake and chicken pieces with my last money only to discover the cake wasn’t trash and the pieces were rotten before I could cook them the following day. I wrote to Hello Peter and they still haven’t returned to me like the email suggested.
