rotten chicken/ bad service

On Friday Night I went to PNP to buy chicken. Well on Saturday I opened the packet and it was rotten. Ive never felt so sick Before. Anyway I take the chicken back to the branch, and the way I was treated was disgusting. I speak to a guy who is a manager, he does not even ask what is wrong with the chicken, what my complaint is nothing just rings it up on the till puts a piece of paper down and get told to put my number and name on a piece of paper no apology no nothing. PNP this is not the first time, last time if got food poising from a pie now the rotten chicken. Next time this happens I am going to make such a fuss in the shop because I wonder if anyone even bothered to check the other chicken on the shelf which by the way look just as gross as the one I bought,.<br> so disappointed in the service I received you would think I would get an apoloy
