Rotten Chicken

<p>I purchased chicken on saturday 27 Aughust 2016. The next day it was rotten, smelt awful. I took it back insisted on a refund and compensation for the inconveneince, travel but the suprevisor was so defensive. He tried to convince me that I'm the first customer to return chicken. he failed to see two packs of chicken lying on the returns counter. tThe lady said a customer returned it because she didn't want it. So why make good chicken lay on a counter, shouldn't it be put back in the refrigerated shelves. I'm deepley disappointed at Pick n Pay as they reduced the price of the PN P no name brand to R36.99 while county fair was R39.99. it is clearly a sales thing to clear their chicken of their shelves.</p>
