Rotten chicken

We bought chicken from pick n pay on the 3rd January 2016 and the chicken was off. I returned the chicken 30 min later and was told the fridge is not working why do you sell rotten food to your customers. I was just asked to take frozen chicken I refused and requested for my money back. No manager was there to assist no apology was given. This is very bad from Pick n Pay.
