Rotten carrots sold at pick'npay

On tuesday I was at picknpay hypermarket@ the northgate mall,i purchased a vegetable combo with a,3kg carrots, when I was home trying to cook the carrots were so rotten I just lost my appetite to cook, Is this the type of service we must get as the consumers,I am so dissappointed.
