Rotten cake

If I could rate Zero I would. Pick n pay Boulders Midrand has the worst customer service ever. I bought a cake and it was rotten with mold and everything. I tool pictures and sent an email,pick m pay responded that Pnp Boulders will refund me. It has been a month I went to the pnp I was told to wait for 1 good hour only to be told that the system is down and I am with a 2 momths old baby .they just don't care
