Rotten bread delivery
I am totally taken aback by PIck n Pay, this morning I ordered a few essentials and bread like I usually do. The delivery was made and I got expired bread. The expiry date is for the 10th of April. How does a big grocery store like Pick ‘n Pay keep expired products at their store then casually offer it to their customers. I called their helpline and all I got is an assistant who kept acting shocked and merely told me they would try to refund me. This is a major health hazard. What if one of my sons had opened the bread and ate it? I’m disgusted by this actually.
Now I am inconvenienced. A mere refund of R40 won’t cut it as I’d still need to order and their minimum order is R100 plus the delivery fee.. Pick ‘n Pay has really disappointed me with their pathetic and gross service
