rotten bread at Pick n Pay

Hello Peter

I bought ouma bread at Pick n Pay Vaalbank in Mpumalanga, however the bread was rotten, this happens for the second time in the first instance i just disposed the rotten bread now i though i should take action.

Hello Vanitha Thanx for your reply, the store manager by the name of Koketso called me and we addressed the matterand referred me to regional manager due to certain technicalities, i called regional manager by the name of Alf, however Alf put the phone down on my ear, i honestly find this as a total customer disrespect, please assist. It took me 20 minutes drive singel trip from my home to Pick n Pay Vaalbank you can cost that vs the level of service and product quality recieved. Regards
