Rotten Braai Pap Mealie Meal

On the 26th October , I bought few stuff including a Pick n Pay Braai Pap brand at PICK N PAY - CANAL WALK . Shockingly, the braai pap was rotten. The 1st thing I met after opening it was a huge black dead fly and white strings ( spider web look-alike). I double checked the expiry date and it was dated 26 November 2024. I called the store on the 27th and no one answered the phone, I went on to confirm with the center management in case I had an incorrect number.

Today the 28th I called in again and was able to speak to a very rude Assistant Manager ( Nirval ) who was only concerned about where did I get his number. I called *** and the call was then transferred to him. He didn’t even want to provide his name until I was very firm about my case. I now have to drive back to Canal Walk just to return a rotten product worth of R47 and engage with a rude Assistant Manager.
