Rotten Biltong before expiry date

I sent a complaint through on the pnp website on the 27th Jan 2016. Informin that I had bought three packets of pnp name brand biltong beef slices. (Expiry date - 12.02.2016)

The biltong in all three packets were MOULDY!. The worst part is that I only discovered this halfway through eating the first packet. I am disgusted at the quality of the goods. Biltong as it is, is not cheap. Then to get all three, not just one packet all off before the expiry date is uncalled for. All three packets were sealed closed.

The worst part of all. I have sent an email, to which pnp stated their management would contact me. Maybe they have no one working in management since its been almost two weeks without response.

The quality of the food is disgusting and the the customer service (or lack thereof) is atrocious.

I always used to buy at pnp but considering this expirience I don't think I will ever trust your brands again.

I am still waiting for someone to contact me and come and collect the foods so they can do incestigations, to prevent any further unhappy clients. Clearly they don't care about the health of their clients.

This has been my last resort to get help on the matter.
