Rotten and Molded Cheese

I ordered through Mr D at Pick n Pay Krugersdorp and they sent cheese that was completely rotten and moldy, the smell itself was enough to make you sick. They also sent broken roll on and incorrect products. They are ignoring my emails and Mr D is also not refunding because they already refunded the broken roll on and cannot issue another refund for the other products
