Rotten and expired food throughout the store

i went to pick n pay dobsonville shopping centre and was highly disappointed at the bad quality food throughout the store. More disappointed because the store has been open for less than year but chicken breasts on the shelf says use by 9 Feb 2018, today's date is 11 Feb, there were rotten green peppers on the shelf and i had to ask one of the staff to remove them because the brown liquid had started to leak onto the other peppers, i bought marrie biscuits that say use by December 2017 and i only saw this when i got home. The country is battling listeriosis and such a huge retailer is selling nothing but expired food, i think inspectors should visit the store and close it down, because a simple apology will not cure salmonella from the chicken and food poisoning from everything else thats rotten. Please don't call me to only say sorry, sorry will not replace my petrol and the money i used to buy these biscuits, someone can bring me fresh biscuits that would be nice
