I have been an unhappy PnP client once or twice before, and as Roseline knows, I lose my temper, and run STRAIGHT to helloPeter to do a scathing albeit truthful review, in order to vent. ROSELINE has always been the 'Fixer' - fixes the problem, IN PERSON, chats with me...keeps me assured that she has my BEST interests at heart... and then re-imburses me either the delivery fee (For my flopped online order) or issues me an Apology voucher to use with my next order.
