Room temperature poultry, fish and meat bad smell

I just visited my local pick n pay in craighall they seem to be going through a power outage. To my horror they are trading as if nothing is wrong. The fridges are stocked full of sensitive meat which has now gone down to room temperature. No attempt is being made to move the stock to a cooler place to keep it with it the specified temps to keep bacteria off. While passing the meat fridge the pork was discolored and a bad smell was present. This is disgusting as I suspect when the power returns this meat will just be sold not considering that it's been sitting out of spec for a while. This is a recipe to make customers sick. I'm beyond disgusted. This just means that even when the power is on you could be purchasing damaged stock. I don't take lightly to a company that endangers my family in the name of profit. I will be sending this to the relevant health authorities. This pick n pay needs to be closed down or under new management who cares for health standards.
