Rockville Market having issues with consumers withdrawing money from tyme bank

I write this massage because of the service I'm getting from Rockville market. I've been going to pick up pay to buy and do withdrawal on tyme account buy since late last year I've been having issues with withdrawal. Last year I sent my son to do withdraw money from the shop with the pin that expires within 30min. My son came back and was told his young to do so hence I was taking my car at the car wash and I payed for there services. I had to rush to the shop before it expired. When I got there I asked what the issue. I was fuming and load to the person who told my son his young to do so and I asked the particular person who will may for the carwash again coz coz I had to be elsewhere later that day and my car was driven on a muddy road coming to the market. The employee apologized for his doing and was fine with that at that time. But naw it seems like Rockville market is having a problem with me having to withdraw money from them the second time I was in the line to be attended to by the cashier when my time came for me to be attacked I was told there is no money yet I saw people leaving money. For argument sake I went to pick n pay liquor store next door and was told the same story ohk it was in the morning. Last month I went during the day at about 12 o'clock I was around pick n pay before the g4 came to collect the money I went in to try get the money I was told there was no money. Today on the rainy day as it is at 4:45 went to try get money I was again told there's no money yet there was a male costumer on the left side of the other tile I looked at his hands and I saw R200 and R50 at the costumers parm giving the tile lady. The lady who was meant to help me saw what I was looking at and she said now you can R200 from the other tile. Before this hole thing thing started I went back out of the line to record everything coz this is been going on for some time for me. One phone was already recording in my pocket and the other one I started recording it during the altercation. Look at the shops footages.
