Rock Salad

I cannot believe the appalling service provided by PnP. I submitted a complaint 9 days and have not heard a single word back since the day. I purchased from the Claremont branch in Cape Town. I bought a crab stick salad yesterday that was quite enjoyable but towards reaching the end of the salad I encountered a tremendous pain by biting on a solid rock in the salad. I needed see to see a dentist today as when I woke up the pain had increased and I fear I caused strain on the connective tissues in my tooth. It is not fair that this became my expense a day before I got paid. How is it possible that all ingredients are not properly cleaned by such a reputable brand? This is the worst service I've encountered by far.
