Robbing customers with overcharges and poor service

I visited Pick 'n Pay woodmead on 02 May 2016 and after paying for my purchases noted that more than 6 items on my till slip was more than the prices advertised on their shelves and adverti*****ts. I brought this to the cashiers attention whom then directed me to Customer Service. At customer services I found other customers with the same compliant. I pointed out some of prices that I knew off hand was incorrect and the customer service agent, Tebogo, proceeded to process the reimbur*****t for the over charged amounts. I raised my irritation about the inconvenience caused to me by this incident and she ignored my compliant or any discussion with me. When promoted for a response she continue to state that management is aware of the problem and they say nothing so she too will say nothing. This is not the 1st time that I had to be inconvenienced with incorrect charged by Pick 'n Pay woodmead or their pathetic service. I addressed the manager on duty about the number of items overcharged and he indicated that there was a problem with their system. If management was aware of the issue they could have surely put up a sign to make customers aware of the problem but instead the choose to be reactive to customers that noticed the overcharges but unfortunately their trusting customers that did not take notice of their overcharges will be left with losses to their pockets. Sad to say they have no value for their customers. I will never shop there again.
