******* at pick n pay- management dont care and pricing is wrong

This is the 2nd time pick n pays prices were incorrect. The last time my gf looked through her slip after shopping and noticed

This time we went about 8:30am and staryed off shopping at the milk aisle. The priced showed around 70 rand for a 6 pack and we took 3 6 packs. After about an hour and a half and a full trolley we went to pay. Just before scanning the mill they told us the price is R106 proactively. We told her it was 74.99 or somewhere around there. She continued scanning the other things and left the milk aside. Midway through she asked if we still wanted the milk at 106 and we said no the price was showing around 70 rand which both myself and my partner saw. Another lady came and spoke to us and we explained that and she went and checked and told us another brand of milk totally different was 70 some odd. We told her we saw the names cuz i specifically was looking for low fat and my gf took an additional 3 full cream 1st choice milk 6 packs so we scanned the milks properly cuz we were looking for specific types. The one she was talking about was numilk or something and medium fat. We explained we saw the price and it was around 70 rand for the one they were saying is 106. The same lady (supervisor i think)called a packer and asked her when was the price changed and she said this morning and she asked what was the previous price and the packer said 69.99. Then the packer said it was never 74.99( which my gf mentioned first when we were initially saying the price was not 106). The lady and the packer began to see we have to pay 106 or leave the milks(the fulll cream milks not low fat). I told her we started shopping there and bough around 3700 rand worth of groceries so we gonna know the round about price of an item but not the exact number. They kept on saying its never been 74.99 and we are unable to help us. They called the manager who was impolit and spoke with an assertive tone stating she cannot help and the price was 69.99 before and it was changed at 3am in the morning and now is 106 so you can take it or leave it. I explained the same thing and she didnt believe us l, she just repeated the same thing didnt empathize didnt apologize didnt give a slight hint that we might be right. I said this is poor customer service and kept showing my dissapointment in a polite but frustrated manner and then said i can give it to you at 85 rand. But the way she displayed your brand was poor cuz it was given in a way that made me feel like she thinks im lying but shes doing me a favour. Half the things in the store didnt have pricings when we came so it was clear they werent prepared and were still sorting things out.
