****** of rewards

Since PnP started their rewards program we have been members. As pensioners who are feeling the huge increases in the cost of food {Meat} and all other household products we were hoping to spend some of our hard earned rewards. HOWEVER upon trying to redeem them we realized that more than R260-00 in rewards have EXPIRED??? The staff at the branch we were at said that PnP had supposedly sent out sms's to the effect. They also admit that many people who found their rewards have expired had NOT received an sms. We were amongst those people So far PnP have not responded to my query by email.
