********** by Pick n Pay Pinecrest

On the 3rd of January 2017 I went to Pick n Pay in Pinecrest Pinetown to do my groceries and bought a dozen hot dog rolls at the bakery. I was charged R577.20 for them. I only noticed this when I was unpacking at home. I then drove back on the same day to the shop, which is a distance away, and had to produce the receipt and the rolls. I was attended to by Fareed and was refunded the amount of R577.20. I then asked about the petrol spent on returning to the shop and was told that the company does not re-imburse for that. I find that unacceptable as the fault lay with the shop for overpricing their goods. They took down my number and assured me that the manager would contact me the next day. I am still waiting for the call from the manager. All I want is to be re-imbursed for my petrol for driving the 60km trip from Hammarsdale to Pinetown to resolve their mistake.
