Absolutely disgusted in the service I’ve received! Paid R2893 for my monthly groceries during lockdown so I chose the option click and collect as deliveries were delayed a week in advance. Get to the pick n pay store to collect my stuff, half the products I’ve ordered is not the same as what I’ve ordered PLUS some of the items were apparently “out of stock” so I don’t get notified of any of that as well as still being charged for the products that I have NOT received!!!! What a ripoff pick n pay. You are not seeing me again! This lockdown has truly tested you and I’m not pleased with paying so much money for nothing to say the least!! I DO NOT recommend using their online services AT ALL!!
