Ripped of and Inconvenienced twice!
<p>I went to Pick N Pay near Newmarket Alberton and bought a Pele Soccer ball for my son for R100. I get to the petrol station to pump it up and its flat and after trying to pump it up three times. I took it back without the reciept as i had misplaced it and spoke to the supervisor. This happened on Saturday the 26th November 2016. They didnt even have the decency to look in their cameras as I purchased it at the cigarette counter. I am dumbstruck that the service levels have declined to this extent! I know I shouldnt have lost the reciept but for goodness sake if they so hard up for the R100 they can keep it and see how far it will get them, not to mention I went there again on Monday the 28th where I met another supervisor Milicent and still no help, so petrol and the ball they can keep the R200. I wish i had rather donated that to a charity. ..</p>
