Ridiculously slow. No point using it.

Your mobile app delivery is pathetic for the following reasons.

1. We find that you often swap out unsuitable replacements. 2. We placed the order around 2-3pm and it only arrived supposedly around 4. Well over one and a half hours to deliver some batteries and candy is ridiculous. It is pretensious to call your app PicknPay ASAP if you take that long to bring something. In that time I could easily have just driven up to the local café or SPAR or Woolworths which are better choices. 3. your drivers do not persist or call when they arrive; they merely hover outside and disappear after trying one call, not knocking or hooting enough or whatsapping. In this particular case the guy hooted once but in the 1-2 minutes it took to get outside to open etc., he was long gone with a return to warehouse. He then refused to turn around. Order ***. As a result, we will be deleting your app. Please wake up.
