Ridiculous service

I went to the supermarket pick n pay rosebank today to buy some few things n needed cash wow the cashier Mashudu Mathoni told me she doesn't have cash n called the next customer. That's the service we get for withdrawals at the tills. Are the cashiers being trained for customer service? Or we just live in the world of cashiers with no customer service understanding 😕
