Ridiculous Returning Policy

I recently went into my local P'nP clothing store and bought some items on the 31st December. 2 items didn't fit well and went back to the store to return them (with tags still on them) been the 3rd Feb as I wasn't able to get out sooner to return them in the week. On requesting a refund for the 2 items, was told I had to returned items within 30 days. So I was off by a day or two (and the 1st Jan been a public holiday), I missed the 30 days cut off. Nowhere on my till slip this is not stated either. I can only exchange the items. Doubt if I'll be back in P'nP Clothing if this is their return policy. You have lost a customer. Ridiculous!!!

Hello Pick 'n Pay Team...seems like a cut and paste here with the standard answer. Poor! Nobody has got in touch with me and this also reflects the sense of customer service in the Team and at store level. I doubt if I'll will be back in a Pick n Pay Clothing store as nothing has been resolved!

Hello Pick'nPay. I was absolutely impressed that I received a called from the Store Manager of Sunninghill P'nP clothing apologising that my request had taken so long but I was most welcome to bring the items in question. I went in this past Saturday18th May and was met by very friendly staff and the credit was done. What ever has happened at this store really impressed me and left amazed. Well done guys! Impressive!!!
