Ridiculous requirements
I recently bought 2 jars of Danish herring, and noted that even though the label showed that there should be raisins in the sauce, there were no raisins. I sent an email to customer care asking whether they'd changed the recipe, and received the following:
Title: Full name and surname: Postal or residential address: Smart shopper card number: Contact details: Email address: Name of the product: Barcode of the product: Best before date: Sell by date: Use by date: Production/manufacture date: Batch number: Quantity: Mass/size: Cost: Date of purchase: Which store was the product purchased from: Do you still have the till slip (Yes/No): Will you be returning the product back to the store (Yes/No):
Absolutely ridiculous to expect so much info before they're prepared to answer a simple question.
