Ridiculous! DO NOT USE PICK N PAY DELIVERY PLATFORMS EVER!!!!

Specials are sometimes forcing consumers to use the Pick n Pay Online portal instead of the asap App simply because the savings does not always apply on the ASAP APP. I ordered 21 items. I received 20. The driver/delivery guys' response to me not receiving my Milk was "they always forget to pack the milk" I received my order 21 June 2024. Since then, i have not received any feedback regarding my refund. No refund acknowledgement. Nothing! I've never had issues when I Shop with Checkers. and it makes sense why Pick n Pay is deteriorating.
