Ridiculous

I wanted to order specials online but at checkout I was being charged full price, which already is cpa violation. I queried it and was told to contact rcs.... since when does RCS price pnp goods.... pnp website is giving wrong info but your staff say contact RCS.... UNBELIEVABLE
