Ridiculous Clause from Pick n Pay clothing 👎🏽🙄

Went to Pick n Pay Maponya today to exchange a clothing item I received as a baby shower present. The tag is still there and I wanted to exchange it for a bigger size, I was so shocked when I saw advised I couldn't change it due to not having the slip. I mean what nonsense is that? That time I started at Ackermans and was able to change the 2 items without the slip as both items still had tags on them. The only thing I was told at Ackermans is that I can't get a cash refund due to not having the slip, which made sense. Pick n Pay clothing needs to s**** that rediculous clause because especially when it comes to baby clothing because now I don't see myself buying anyone a birthday or baby shower present from them or advising anyone to do the same either until they relook into that highly inconvenient clause of theirs. I must say that I'm beyond disappointed to having experienced such from such a large and reputable retailer 👎🏽
